Welcome to "CasaViVa"our brand new Agriturismo nestled in Pozzo della Chiana, in the heart of the picturesque Valdichiana region of Tuscany! 

We are a "unique family": an Italian psychotherapist from Turin (ITA) and an aeronautical engineer from Madrid (SPA) living for more than ten years in Hamburg (GER)  and who together with our two delightful children, aged 7 and 4, have embarked on an exciting journey to create a haven of tranquility and hospitality in this enchanting corner of Tuscany. 

Agriturismo CasaViVa offers a unique blend of relaxation, natural beauty and personalized care. We are blessed with a prime location, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and well-connected to several charming towns rich in history, art and culture. Just a short distance away, you will find the captivating towns of Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, Castiglione del Lago (Lago Trasimeno), Lucignano, Montepulciano, Monteriggione, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Siena and a lot more, allowing you to immerse yourself in the essence of Tuscany and Umbria. 

Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, our agriturismo provides a serene escape from the bustling city life. The property is really well-connected, allowing guests to easily explore the nearby attractions while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.

Upon arriving at our agriturismo, you'll be greeted by the warmth and hospitality of our family. We have poured our heart sand souls into creating a haven of comfort and relaxation. The property exudes a rustic charm, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The rooms are tastefully furnished, combining traditional elements with modern comforts to ensure a cozy and memorable stay. 

Our accommodations feature four (4) cozy double rooms and one (1) apartment with kitchen have been renewed with attention to detail, reflecting the essence of Tuscany's rich cultural heritage. The serene surroundings offer a peaceful retreat, allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate.

For those who love adventure and exploration, our agriturismo serves as an ideal basecamp. Within a short distance, you'll find enchanting medieval towns, vineyards, and olive groves, where you can indulge in wine tastings, culinary experiences, and outdoor activities. From hiking and biking to ultralight flights, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

In addition to the breathtaking landscapes, our agriturismo is surrounded by rolling hills and fertile land. We take pride in using fresh, local ingredients to create authentic Tuscan dishes, also mixed with high quality Spanish dishes in our kitchen. Guests can savor traditional recipes and experience the true flavors of the region, accompanied by excellent local and spanish wines in our Cantine.
